NZ ale malt, Simpson’s roasted barley & chocolate malts, Weyermann Carafa Special plus Harraway's flaked barley melded gloriously with our house ale yeast before hopping with Charles Faram East Kent Goldings hops. Aromatically, it’s espresso & dark chocolate with flavourful complexity of malt sweetness, strong coffee & dark roast flavours. Finish is rich & lingers with enough smooth hop bitterness to make ya crave it like a wee babe for the bottle.
