Aliment Brewing is a small, low-fi brewery at the top of New Zealand's South Island in beautiful Riwaka - smack dab in the lap of NZ's main hop-growing region.
Making beer WE love to drink & bringing people together because of it is what we're about. Building good relationships with our customers, our community & our environment every day, one brew at a time, is how we roll.
Head Brewer Jason has a pretty decent palate & a good amount of industry experience (& championship wins) under his belt. In other words, he has a pretty decent beer pedigree. He also mops the brewery floors like a champ.
His wife, Monica, handles other stuff like marketing & the tasting room. She makes sure everything's in the right spot & ready to rock.
You'll notice we don't go in for super complicated labels & tap badges. That's just us. We think all that gumph is fun, but we're concentrating energy - & pennies - on tasty brews. You could say we're letting the brand grow naturally, kind of like a good, no-dig garden. We hope you can enjoy the beer without all the fuss.
