Mister Holly Pale Ale 5.5% ABV Keg

Jason brewed this with (& in honour of) our long-time friend, Jim Holly. Known by many on the NZ brew scene as “Good Jim,” he’s been our own Mr. Fixit here at Aliment & a massive supporter. He’s a true blue legend! For Mister Holly, a classic Pale Ale malt cushion backs up Nelson Sauvin Bliss from Freestyle Farms + Mosaic hops in tandem with Hyberboost Mosaic extract. Dank mango, ripe orange & subtle stone fruit on the nose blankets light malt sweetness, sticky hop-driven tropical fruit & peach on the palate. A favourite beer style for one of our favourite humans.
