Chef IPA is the first in our Alimentation Series, a nod to the daily slog & sweat that unfolds daily in pro kitchens everywhere. This ambrosial elixir is a good fit for the post-service flurry of pots, pans & scrubbing with lashings of Idaho 7 & Simcoe in the whirlpool before massive dry-hopping with Citra, Eclipse & Mosaic. Lean additions of NZ pilsner & ale malts keep hops on task with bountiful citrus & tropical notes, smooth bitterness & a fruit-forward resinous finish. Whether you cook for a living or just out back on the grill, we think it’ll hit the spot.
