Zest & juice hit the kettle late with dried coriander seeds before fermentation with Froth Tech Unicorn Belgian yeast. Pours off-white with fluffy lacing to bright citrus & spice aromas that cosy up to bubblegum & banana. Drinks smooth with a light tart & dry finish backed with lingering tangelo before a hint of bitterness balances the sweetness. In a word? Wonderful.
